Look Down Look Up

Went out to practice a remade rig that needed to be as small as possible, but efficient. I’ve been watching a lot of old black and white films and realized how many of those older films don’t record the audio on site. Mostly everything is re-recorded in a controlled set which I found inspiring. I never really noticed it growing up when I watched older films or shows like The Rifleman. Most of the audio in this video was found online and matched as close as I could to what’s being shown. It was fun to do and something I did a lot of on my previous films. For this next film I want all the audio to be done after filming, so this practice was needed. Found a look as well that I want that matches the winter season and feel of the story I want to tell. We’ll see how this goes.
